Tech App

Know More

When Rushh came to us, they weren’t just building an app—they were launching a cultural movement.

Bringing back serendipity in a digital-first world.

Rushh is a real-time, location-based social platform fueled by spontaneity. Think Snapchat Stories meets Tinder, but completely public and rooted in geographic proximity. Their mission? To bring back serendipity in a digital-first world.

Rushh empowers users to post time-sensitive, local stories viewable within a custom radius—sparking spontaneous meetups, sharing live events, and allowing local businesses to shout out real-time promotions.

Our challenge was to visualize this new category of geo-social storytelling through a bold, scalable, and future-ready brand.

Man Walking

Problem

Despite dozens of social apps, few encourage users to live in the now and here. The problems Rushh aimed to solve included:

Disconnection in increasingly connected cities

  • Over-curated, highly filtered content disconnecting users from real emotion

  • Platforms focused on DMs and closed interactions, limiting spontaneity

  • Lack of opportunity for real people and local businesses to connect in real time

Rushh needed a brand that stood out among tech giants, while feeling modern, inclusive, and immediately relevant to a younger audience.

Solution

We crafted a bold, modern, and scalable brand identity centered around Rushh’s core promise—real-time, local engagement.

Logo Design: Built on a geometric grid, the “R” symbol captures motion and spontaneity, making it instantly recognizable across screen sizes.

Color & Typography: A vibrant palette and mobile-native fonts (SF Pro, Inter, Poppins) ensure clarity, energy, and modern appeal.

Iconography & UI System: Flat, high-contrast icons designed for readability at small sizes, perfect for app navigation.

Messaging: Taglines like “Join the Rushh” and “Connect Now. Live Now.” reinforce immediacy and emotion.

Scalability: Dynamic variants and an 8-point grid system allow seamless use across digital, print, and product.

Together, this system communicates Rushh’s vision—live, open, and unfiltered connections, right here, right now.

Woman In The Garden

Concept

The final brand system reflects:

Spontaneity — Through motion-inspired logo forms
Public, transparent interaction — No private stories, only bold design
Trend-forward thinking — A brand that feels comfortable beside Instagram, TikTok, and Spotify
Functional clarity — UI and app icon design tested for real-world legibility and emotional impact

Visual language and messaging like “Join the Rushh” and “Connect Now. Live Now.” brought energy into the user journey and amplified the call to action.
