A Bold Vision Trapped in an Unclear Identity
Best Rated Portfolio in the Market
Craftera is a Bengaluru-based design studio specialising in home interiors, décor, and customised furniture. Rooted in a deep belief that our spaces reflect who we are, Craftera’s promise is simple but powerful: “Your Space. Your Reflection.” The studio was founded in 2016 by Abdul Aleem, along with Juned Ahmed and Faheem, and has grown into a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary team. With over 80–90% of our lives spent indoors, the team recognised that a well-designed environment isn’t just aesthetic—it’s a fundamental part of well-being. They set out to redefine not just homes, but how people feel, live, reflect, and evolve within those homes. To get there, Craftera needed a brand that embodied elegance, clarity, and emotional connection with its audience—without compromising professionalism or commercial appeal.

Problem
A Bold Vision Trapped in an Unclear Identity
Before the rebranding, Craftera suffered from inconsistent communication, a cluttered visual identity, and an unclear narrative voice. Despite delivering beautiful, functional interiors, the brand was visually dated and lacked cohesion across client touchpoints—from consultations to digital experiences. Internally, the team knew their value: they weren’t just building spaces—they were curating reflections of lifestyles. But externally, that clarity was missing. The messaging was generic, the identity forgettable, and the system unscalable. This dissonance was affecting both credibility and conversion. The average ticket size at the time ranged between ₹3–5 lakhs, with significant untapped potential in the high-end market. Craftera needed a complete visual and verbal overhaul to reposition itself as a minimal, modern, and premium design brand, ready to capture a newer, more discerning audience.

Solution
A New Voice, A Living Brand, and Tangible Business Growth
We approached the rebranding by deconstructing Craftera down to its emotional foundation: home is a mirror—a space should reflect identity, not impose it. From this truth came a transformative new brand narrative: "Your Space. Your Reflection." This wasn’t just a tagline—it became a storytelling lens across every medium. We rebuilt the visual system from scratch, starting with a bold, modular logo that evokes form and craftsmanship. The identity found balance in geometric elegance, architectural roots, clean typography, and understated restraint. We reshaped website messaging, created visual assets for brochures, ads, consultation kits, and social content—ensuring a unified voice across all touchpoints. As a result, Craftera’s brand now not only communicates beauty—it sells confidence. Client feedback was direct and measurable: post-rebrand, the average project value jumped from ₹3–5 lakhs to ₹20 lakhs—a clear testament to the power of strategic brand clarity.

Concept
Minimal by Design, Rich by Meaning
The new Craftera identity was built upon a deeply considered concept: that every interior is a personal reflection, and every line drawn should feel like an extension of its inhabitant. The isometric “C” in the logo takes inspiration from spatial layout plans—hinting at the architectural and structural thinking behind every project. Its box-like structure nods to precision, modularity, and creativity—while the monoline execution keeps it fresh and modern. The contrast between bold geometry and soft, neutral palettes across applications emphasises the duality central to Craftera’s ethos—form meets feeling. Meanwhile, the brand voice was redrafted to feel confident yet conversational, focused on listening to clients' dreams and translating them into beautifully curated realities. The tagline “Your Space. Your Reflection.” became more than a slogan—it’s a mantra echoed in every room, brochure, website section, and social caption. It anchors Craftera’s visual and strategic identity in what truly matters: making homes that feel uniquely, unmistakably personal.
